Amanda Brewer, DPT

Amanda Brewer, DPT

“I became a physical therapist because I wanted to be able to improve someone’s quality of life and allow them to return to the activities that make them happy, like participating in sports, working or playing with children and grandchildren.

I enjoy making rehabilitation a positive experience for my patients. The approach I take is very hands-on, with an emphasis on educating the patient to play an active role in their recovery. I want to give people the tools and resources they need to lead full, active lives.”

Amanda Brewer has been a practicing physical therapist for over eleven years and is a board member at large for the Physical Therapy Provider Network. Amanda is especially passionate about women’s health issues.  When she is not in the clinic, Amanda enjoys yoga, running and spending time with family.

Adam Brewer, DPT

Adam Brewer, DPT

“I have an athletic background, so I was naturally drawn to sports medicine. I think physical therapy is fascinating because there are so many different techniques that can be used to reach a beneficial outcome. I want to provide the best care possible while making the rehabilitation process enjoyable.

I have a hands-on approach with all of my patients because I firmly believe that patients heal more quickly when a therapist combines manual techniques with exercise and modalities. I also pride myself on providing highly personalized care – I love getting to know my patients and helping them reach their physical potential.”

Adam Brewer has over twelve years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting, and he has joined his wife, Amanda, as co-owner of Brewer Physical Therapy. Adam specializes in all types of sports injuries, where he utilizes a combination of manual and traditional therapies. When he is not in the clinic, Adam enjoys golfing, athletic activities, and movies.
